Activity :-

Due to the wide range of the oil industry/ previously Al-Qabas have focused on supplying of specialized equipments to Iraqi oil ministry and its companies, Al-Qabas have already finalized with its partners many successful contracts through the previous complicated situation of the country, but we keep looking to our main aim in big projects getting the benefit of our experienced engineers/ technicians and consultants beside the logistic assistance of the sister companies of the Al-Qabas group. Al-Qabas have completed its managements, technical capabilities and on land preparation to go into big projects performing the followings: ·    Construction of buildings, offices/ stores, workshops and camps. ·    Erecting of mechanical and electrical installations. ·    Construction of water and waste treatment plants for industrial and potable water ·    Preparation of well-site drilling yards and access roads. ·    Supply of various types of pipes. ·    Supply of various types of pumps. ·    Supply of main control systems. ·    Complete pumping station erection and construction. ·    Line pipes laying for crude oil products, gas and water. ·    Supply of various petroleum equipments and materials to Iraqi oil ministry and its   companies beside managing transportation, stocking and unloading inside territory of Iraq.

PIPE & PIPE FITTINGS & PIPING.

    More than 25 year the main pipelines in Iraq need to be replaced or to be Developed and maintained beside the new pipelines to be constructed. AL-QABAS got full experiences in supplying steel pipes and pipe fitting for oil Industry due to the successful previous contracts which had. been finalized.

    More than 800Km. of pipes from different kinds/ sizes were supplied by Us / Thousands of kilometers of steel pipes to be supplied and lined within the next 5 years, AL-QABAS preparing itself to be the leader in lining with all needed site preparations, river crossing, road-highway intersections, using the same Iraqi experiences for executing previous similar works.

MATERIALS & EQUIPMENTS FOR OIL:

AI-Qabas have already start working in supplying materials and Equipments to all Iraqi Oil Companies, Completing successfully many contracts for supplying, different types of construction Equipments, with its spares, Electrical control systems. Electrical power systems, Erection Equipments from International manufacturers and suppliers These supplying contracts developed our experiences in transportation control, stocking, unloading and time managing. But we think that the huge requirements & equipments supplying contracts will come soon in the Iraqi Oil Industry due to the huge investment to be spent in the next years. We are hoping to get many of them add new successes to our list.

   GAS PROJECTS:

    Iraq as one of largest natural gas reservoir in the world which isn't discovered and put under produce till now that means complete new production wells, gas separators , Compressors, Gathering nets and transportation nets …etc, with all supporting systems, equipments , line pipes, pumping stations , industrial water treatment plants, control systems beside the national control system.   

    AL-QABAS have already started on making studies, contacting suppliers, partners, Investors and financiers to develop the team to go with  for the march of Iraqi gas Industry development.

REFINERIES:-

    At the plan of Iraqi oil ministry for the next 5 years is to supply and construct of many refineries on a (Turnkey) basis/ AL-QABAS intent to go into partnership with other companies which can design, supply and supervise beside the training for our and client staff. AL-QABAS cover all civil work, electro mechanical works and installations, using the big construction capabilities of sister companies in  AL-QABAS GROUP.

     Due to the long time passed over Iraqi oil industry without getting new projects, new technology or making real developments on all fields activities, so it becomes an urgent necessity to establish many big new project  starting From exploring up to refineries, AI-QABAS is planning to be excellent partner for both clients and suppliers to build complete running projects through the accumulated experiences of the managements, designing, site implementation and consultation so the oil projects in Iraq will be upgraded to the international level.
